Images from September 1998 Hailstorm
Hail from Niagara Falls measured 2.75 inches in diameter.
These hailstones, along with others
from the same event, were among the largest ever witnessed in
Western New York.
Doppler reflectivity image shows 70 dBz echo over Niagara Falls
associated with the large hail.
