"Summer in October" Images
A ridge of high pressure in the upper atmosphere was responsible
for warm temperatures, mostly sunny skies, and light southerly breezes.
Fall foliage was in peak form along Buffalo Creek.
Magnificent sunsets were prevalent during the first half of October.
